Navexa Pro Terms Of Use

1. In these Terms of Use “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Navexa Services Pty Limited (Navexa) and the websites at www.navexa.io and the software and information on those sites. References to “you” or “your” are references to the Navexa Pro customer.

2. We are continuously developing Navexa and these Terms of Use will apply to any changes to Navexa. We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Use from time to time by updating the Terms of Use at any given time.

3. You may only access and use Navexa Pro to manage client portfolios. You are responsible for all your account’s activity. We employ the use of cookies. By accessing Navexa, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the Navexa Services's Privacy Policy. Most interactive websites use cookies to let us retrieve the user’s details for each visit. Cookies are used by our website to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for people visiting our website. Some of our affiliate/advertising partners may also use cookies. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service.

9. We will charge you, and you agree to pay, the Subscription Fee for the number of Navexa Pro clients you select.

10. Your credit card details will be encrypted and securely stored by a third party payment solutions provider. In supplying your credit card details to our payment services provider, you authorise us to invoice and the payment service provider to process payment of your Subscription Fees.

11. We are the owners of all intellectual property rights used on or in connection with Navexa and Navexa Pro, including (but not limited to) the copyright material, patents and trademarks used on Navexa.

12. We have no intellectual property rights in the data input by you into Navexa, other than to hold and make it available as part of our service.

13. Navexa has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The presence of any link does not imply endorsement by Navexa of the site. The use of any linked website is at the user’s own risk.

14. Information published on the Navexa website, platform, reports and in our email content does not constitute personal financial advice. 15. We reserve the right to terminate your Navexa Pro account if we determine there has been a breach of these terms of service.

16. Where any dispute or difference arises in relation to the use of Navexa or these Terms of Use, both parties agree to use all reasonable endeavours to resolve the dispute as soon as possible.

If you are an Australian customer, these Terms of Service, your use of Navexa, any information contained on it, and any dispute arising out of such use of Navexa will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, and the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. If you are not an Australian customer, these Terms of Use, your use of Navexa, any information contained on it and any dispute arising out of such use of Navexa will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, and the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
